August 11, 7-10pm FPP will be presenting 2 stand out artists in the Las Cruces community, Jose Sanchez and Louie "WOAR2" Cisneros.
Jose Sanchez has been drawing for 10-15 years with and architecture and a technical drafting background and has recently started using scrap construction supplies as his canvas. He calls it “Mad Max Style”. He draws and paints attractive patterns using abstraction and realism mixed with an Aztec and Mayan style that correlate with the contours of his “canvas”. This artist should not be overlooked.
Louie “WOAR2” Cisneros is a Las Cruces native that has a unique style of his own. Stemming from his graffiti days in the 1990s and inspired by M.C. Escher, WOAR2’s bravura will have you hypnotized while you wander into his weird world.
